Due to the nature of digital products, we do not issue refunds on sales of the following one-time consumer products:

  • VIP lifetime membership
  • Paid Video Viewing Rights
  • Member Points

Users can cancel the VIP membership subscription at any time from the following link (https://zsher.com/membership/cancel/). If you choose to cancel the subscription, you can continue to use all VIP privileges until the end of this month's billing cycle. We stop charging monthly subscription fees at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
